We are affiliated with the NYU Department of Pathology, and are part of the Institute for Systems Genetics, which hosts high-throughput sequencing, robotics, high-performance computing, and megabase-scale DNA synthesis facilities.

We are proud to be a part of the new NYU Center for Synthetic Regulatory Genomics, an NHGRI-funded Center of Excellence in Genomic Sciences. We will be using large-scale DNA assembly to investigate the the role of regulatory variation and human disease and trait loci.
